This model represents operations in a customer service and payment processing centre. The centre had to address the question of how many people were required, and with what skill set, to meet a demand for different services that varied greatly at different times of the day. The model animation represents the centre and the skills required at different times of the day. It identifies various KPIs and correlates these to staff utilisation. Look for how the demand varies and the resource pool is utilised at different times of the day. |
